Why a Balanced Surface Matters

Not all catheters are the same. There can be significant differences in quality and performance between catheters, especially regarding the coating. The optimal catheter surface has the same osmolality as urine. This will keep the catheter tube surface
balanced with the body and ensures smooth and safe insertion and withdrawal.

 

Pocket Sized Confidence

LoFric Origo easily fits in a pocket, as it is foldable. The packaging also doubles as a discreet disposable pouch. Another smart feature is the adhesive tab that can be attached to any dry and clean surface for easy access and quick disposal of the used catheter.

A Hygienic Non-Touch Technique

Thanks to the Insertion Grip which is adjustable, the insertion is kept hygienic. The grip is easily moved up and down the catheter tube and you can insert the catheter without touching the catheter tube. This reduces the risk of bacteria contamination and thus a lower risk to develop a Urinary Tract Infection, (UTI).
