Quality Clinical Support

We are passionate about providing people with quality clinical support and education. As a result, our clinical team is cross-trained to provide clinical phone support to pediatric and adult users of our products. They can address questions and concerns about Wellspect products, as well as Intermittent catheterization (IC) and transanal irrigation (TAI).

Training on IC, TAI, and Wellspect products is provided to healthcare professionals free of charge. Additional clinical support benefits include:

  • In-services provided on site or virtually
  • Education on benefits and rationale for IC/TAI
  • Troubleshooting for patients having difficulties
  • Providing education on the LoFric & Navina difference

Katherine Fernandez

MSN, RN, CNS West region Clinical Specialist Katherine Fernandez, MSN, RN, CNS, supports Wellspect's western region as a Clinical Specialist. Nurse Fernandez has over ten years of pediatric ICU nursing experience and has been with the Wellspect team since 2018. 

Lisa Beauchemin

BS, RN, CURN Wellspect Clinical Specialist Manager, NE Lisa Beauchemin, BS, RN, CURN is the Clinical Specialist Manager for the Northeast region. She established the Wellspect Clinical team in 2014 and has over seven years of experience in adult urology nursing. She is also a Certified Urologic Registered Nurse. 

Misty Lloyd

RN, CURN Clinical Teleahealth Specialist Misty Lloyd has been a Wellspect nurse since 2022 and currently serves as our Telehealth Specialist Nurse. She has over seven years of adult urology nursing experience and is a Certified Urologic Registered Nurse. 

Morgan Brown

RN, BSN Clinical Telehealth Specialist Joined the clinical team at Wellspect in 2024. She has 7 years of critical care and PACU experience.

Trisha Engle

Wellspect nurse since 2023 with over 13 years of oncology, surgical care and clinical research experience
