Navina Mini is the latest innovation within the Navina Bowel Care portfolio. Navina Mini is a low volume manual irrigation device which holds 185ml of water. Indicated for adults, adolescents and children from 3 years, it is an easy way to empty the lower part of the bowel to ease symptoms like incomplete emptying.

INTENDED USE
Navina Mini is an enema kit intended for bowel irrigation by instilling a low volume of water into the rectum through a single use rectal cone.
INDICATIONS FOR USE
Navina Mini is indicated for adults, adolescents and children 3 years and up who suffer from incomplete emptying and/or fecal incontinence.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do NOT use Navina Mini if you have one or more of the following:
- Known anal narrowing.
- Active inflammatory bowel disease.
- Acute diverticulitis.
- Diverticular abscess.
- Colorectal cancer.
- Ischemic colitis.
- You are within three months of anal or colorectal surgery.
This list may not be exhaustive. Consult with a medical professional about any concerns.
PRECAUTIONS
This product is NOT recommended for pregnant women.
Special care must be taken if you have or have had any of the following:
- Painful anorectal conditions – any condition which may cause pain or bleeding, e.g. anal fissure, anal fistula, third or fourth grade of hemorrhoids.
- Known colorectal narrowing.
- Surgical removal of polyps through endoscopy within 4 weeks.
- A risk of uncontrolled autonomic dysreflexia.
- Severe diverticulosis.
- Irradiation therapy in the abdominal or pelvic region within 3 months.
- Previous major pelvic surgery (close monitoring is recommended during initiation of therapy).
- Changes in stool pattern such as sudden diarrhea of unknown cause.
Bowel irrigation can be associated with symptoms like bowel discomfort and light bleeding from the rectum. If any of the symptoms remain or increase, consult with a medical professional for advice.
