Our sustainability work is focused on three main goals, which include reducing our environmental footprint, supporting good health & well-being, and providing a safe, committed, and inspiring workplace.
Wellspect is guided by a vision of becoming climate neutral by 2045. To this end, we have set climate targets and defined a roadmap for reducing our emissions, all aligned with the Science Based Target initiative (SBTi).
We spread awareness about bowel & bladder dysfunction and share scientific information and user stories through our global and local platforms. In doing so, we strive to reduce the stigma surrounding bowel and bladder issues while promoting good health and well-being.
Safety in the workplace is our highest priority. We also care about the social work environment as it ties into employees’ well-being. As a company, we have a range of activities in place to promote employees’ safety and well-being.
As a responsible business, we believe that all sustainability claims must be evidence-based. We have established cross-functional groups to achieve the targets we have set in various areas.
